Manufacturing Facilities

Indux has two manufacturing sites: One in Mexico City and one in  Queretaro currently employing more than 700 people.

All finishing is done in house with environmental-friendly plating, powder coating, painting and anodizing. We provide high quality finishes such as brass, nickel, copper and zinc as well as any color enamel paint, powder coat or anodize. Complete secondary operations, manual and automatic. Standard and custom packaging.

To ensure a high quality our sophisticated quality control department checks plating thickness, measuring equipment, carbon content, grain size, tensile strength, hardness and drawing capability. SPC is provided.

All tooling is produced in house as well as for outside customers, heat treating facilities is equipped with the most advanced vacuum furnaces, as well as several revolving furnaces. Our tool and die shop includes jig grinders, CNC machining centers, lathes, honing equipment, EDM (ram and wire)

There are many reasons why we are highly integrated in our production process. We manufacture the fastener, do the secondary operations and additionally manufacture the tooling and the machines for their applications.
